A. In addition to all other taxes provided by law, each supplier shall pay to this state a tax of five cents for each gallon of aviation fuel as provided in chapter 16, article 1 of this title.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-8344
- Aviation fuel: means all flammable liquids composed of a mixture of selected hydrocarbons expressly manufactured and blended for the purpose of effectively and efficiently operating an internal combustion engine for use in an aircraft but does not include fuel for jet or turbine powered aircraft. - State: means a state of the United States and the District of Columbia. See Arizona Laws 28-101
B. For the purposes of this section, "supplier" has the same meaning prescribed in section 28-5601.
