Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 7B-2106

  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of a statute, shall be construed to mean the section next preceding or next following that in which such reference is made; unless when some other section is expressly designated in such reference. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3

Upon a showing that the grounds specified in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 7B-2105 exist, the judge may issue an order following the same procedure as in the case of adults under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-274, 15A-275, 15A-276, 15A-277, 15A-278, 15A-279, 15A-280, and 15A-282. (1979, c. 815, s. 1; 1998-202, s. 6.)
