Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 54B-15
- Commission: means the State Banking Commission of the Department of Commerce. See North Carolina General Statutes 54B-4
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Banks authorized pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 53C of the N. See North Carolina General Statutes 54B-4
The Commission shall present the Commissioner of Banks with a final decision which shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 150B of the N.C. Gen. Stat.. (1981, c. 282, s. 3; 1987, c. 827, s. 1; 2001-193, s. 16.)
