(a) The filing requirements of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-66-30 apply to all subscribers’ contracts of hospital service corporations as described in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-65-60(a) and (b) that are made, issued, amended or renewed after July 1, 1983.
