Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 66-413

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any dealer who violates the provisions of this Part shall be deemed guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. In addition any dealer so convicted shall be ineligible for a dealer’s permit for a period of three years from the date of conviction.
