Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 75A-12
- Commission: means the Wildlife Resources Commission. See North Carolina General Statutes 75A-2
- United States: shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
In accordance with any request duly made by an authorized official or agency of the United States, any information compiled or otherwise available to the Commission pursuant to N.C. Gen.
