Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 90-104
- Commission: means the Commission for Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services established under Part 4 of Article 3 of Chapter 143B of the N. See North Carolina General Statutes 90-87
- Practitioner: means :
- Registrant: means a person registered by the Commission to manufacture, distribute, or dispense any controlled substance as required by this Article. See North Carolina General Statutes 90-87
Each registrant or practitioner manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing controlled substances under this Article shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record-keeping and the inventory requirements of the federal law and shall conform to such rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Commission.
