  • Testify: Answer questions in court.

No employer shall discharge, or cause to be discharged, or otherwise discipline or in any manner discriminate against an employee at the facility because the employee has assisted the Commissioner of Labor or his representative or the Fire Chief or his representative who may make or is making an inspection under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 95-194(c) or N.C. Gen. Stat. § 95-195(b), or has testified or is about to testify in any proceeding under this Article, or has used the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 95-208 (1985, c. 775, s. 1.)
