- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The findings of fact under the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 111-30 shall not be competent as evidence in any case or proceeding dealing with any subject matter other than provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 111-30 to 111-33. (1961, c. 666, s. 2.)
