Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 146-26.1

  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.

In the acquisition of any real property by the Department of Administration for a public use, the Department of Administration shall be vested with the authority as set forth in Article 2 of Chapter 133 of the N.C.
