Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 166A-28

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
  • property: shall include all property, both real and personal. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3

There is established in the Department of Public Safety a fund for those monies collected pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 166A-27 The Fund is also authorized to accept any gift, grant, or donation of money or property to facilitate the establishment and operation of the regional response system. (1993 (Reg.
