Terms Used In Iowa Code 138.18
- Director: means the director of the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing or the director's designee. See Iowa Code 138.1
The director shall make such rules necessary for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this chapter, subject to the requirements of chapter 17A.
