Terms Used In Iowa Code 203D.5A
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
The board may enforce a lien attached to assets held by a licensee under chapter 203 or 203C. The lien shall be perfected and enforced pursuant to section 203.12A or 203C.12A.
