Terms Used In Iowa Code 321A.4
- License: means a driver's license as defined in section 321. See Iowa Code 321A.1
- State: means any state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any province of the Dominion of Canada. See Iowa Code 321A.1
The department shall suspend the license or any nonresident‘s operating privilege of any person who willfully fails, refuses, or neglects to make reports of a traffic accident as required by the laws of this state.
