Terms Used In Iowa Code 461.23
- Department: means the department of natural resources. See Iowa Code 462A.2
- Department: means the department of agriculture and land stewardship, the department of natural resources, or the department of transportation. See Iowa Code 461.2
The department of revenue, the department of agriculture and land stewardship, the department of natural resources, and department of transportation shall adopt rules separately or jointly as necessary in order to implement and administer this chapter.
