Iowa Code 464A.1A – Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Commission” means the natural resource commission.

Department: means the department of natural resources. See Iowa Code 462A.2
Department: means the department of natural resources created under section 455A. See Iowa Code 464A.1A

2. “Department” means the department of natural resources created under section 455A.2.

3. “Director” means the director of the department.
