515.110 More favorable conditions.
Nothing contained in § 515.109 shall be so construed as to prohibit any insurance
company not required by the statutes of Iowa to issue a standard form of policy, from embodying, with the approval of the commissioner of insurance, in any insurance contract issued by it, provisions or conditions which are more favorable to the insured than those authorized in said statutes.
