- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
521H.8 Severability.
If any provision of this chapter other than § 521H.6, or the application of this chapter
to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such holding shall not affect the provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this chapter, with the exception of section
521H.6, are severable.
