636.30 Enforcement of order.
Whenever a court, in the exercise of its authority, has ordered the deposit or delivery of
money or other property, and the order is disobeyed, such court, besides punishing the disobedience, may make an order requiring the sheriff to take the money or property, and deposit or deliver it in conformity with the directions of the court, and in such cases the sheriff has the same power as when acting under an order for the delivery of personal property.
