Iowa Code 706A.4 – Criminal sanctions

Under the Iowa Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Class B felony	up to 25 years

706A.4 Criminal sanctions.
A person who violates § 706A.2, subsection 1, 2, or 4, commits a class “”B”” felony.
