  • person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
732.4 Penalty.
Any person, or any labor union, labor association or labor organization or any officer,
representative, agent or member thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
