904.101 Definitions.
For purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “”Board”” means the board of corrections established in § 904.104.
2. “”Department”” means the Iowa department of corrections established in § 904.102.
3. “”Director”” means the director of the department.
