In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of state route number one hundred twenty-three, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the intersection of that route and interstate route number seventy-one and the eastern border of the municipal corporation of Lebanon, in Warren county, shall be known as the “Officer Ciera N. Greene Memorial Highway.”
