In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number seven from the southern boundary of the municipal corporation of Martins Ferry to the northern boundary of the village of Bellaire, in Belmont county only, shall be known as the “Ohio Valley Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway.”
