In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number one hundred twenty-three, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction from mile marker fifteen to mile marker sixteen in the municipal corporation of Lebanon in Warren county, shall be known as the “PFC Jerry D. Leak Memorial Highway.”
