In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route five hundred thirty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction between the intersection of that route and state route eighty-four and the intersection of that route and Roosevelt drive, within Ashtabula county only, shall be known as the “Sgt. William ‘Bill’ Endress and Geneva Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Highway.”
