In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number forty-two between Fields Ertel road and west Chester road, in Butler county, shall be known as the “LCpl. Timothy Michael Bell, Jr. Memorial Highway.”
