Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 2A:84A-33
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The Supreme Court may adopt rules dealing with the admission or rejection of evidence, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this article.
