Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 3B:11-14
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Nothing in this article shall impair the power conferred by law upon the courts or the Attorney General of this State with respect to any trust subject to the provisions of this article.
