Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 4:24-18
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The governing body of the district shall consist of five supervisors, appointed by the State Soil Conservation Committee. The five supervisors shall be legal residents of the district.
