- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
6. The Commissioner of Corrections shall establish and maintain a centralized database of information contained on each disciplinary report prepared by a corrections officer in response to an inmate committing any prohibited act required to be reported to the prosecutor pursuant to regulations promulgated by the commissioner that resulted in a conviction during the current period of incarceration.
