Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4-22

[This act authorizes the state house commission to advertise and sell the described premises at public sale or in case of unsatisfactory bids at private sale, the proceeds to be a separate fund in the state treasury for the construction of a new home in the area north of Trenton for disabled soldiers of all wars; sale to be deferred until the new home is completed and ready for occupancy. Section 2 authorizes the state board to construct the new home on a site north of Trenton and requires the governor to appoint an advisory site committee of five members representative of the veterans of various wars.]
