Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:3-22
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
No corporation shall be relieved of responsibility for the conduct or acts of its agents, employees or officers by reason of compliance with the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act.
