- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. Every track motor car being operated on the rails of a railroad company shall be equipped with a windshield and a device for removing rainwater, snow and moisture from such windshield, which device shall be so constructed that it may be controlled in its use by the person who is operating such track motor car. Every such track motor car shall also be equipped with a top or such cover to adequately protect the operator of the track motor car and such other persons who are riding thereon, from the direct rays of the sun, and from rain, snow and inclement weather. No such track motor car shall be operated on the rails at any time unless so equipped.
