- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 11. a. The trust shall establish reserve and guarantee funds into which shall be deposited the proceeds from any State bond issue authorized for deposit in the trust or other funds appropriated by law to the trust for deposit in the reserve or guarantee funds. The reserve fund shall be used by the trust to secure debt issued by the trust. The guarantee fund shall be used by the trust to secure debt issued by a local government unit, public water utility, or other person.
b. The trust may establish any reserves, funds or accounts as it may determine necessary or desirable to further the accomplishment of the purposes of the trust or to comply with the provisions of any agreement made by or authorized in any resolution of the trust.
