- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- plan: means a group health plan as defined in section 607 of part 6 of subtitle B of title 1 of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 U. See Michigan Laws 550.1803
