Terms Used In Michigan Laws 12.134
- Department: means the department of treasury. See Michigan Laws 12.131
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
A fee imposed by the department to recoup costs associated with the collection services provided under this act shall be calculated and collected on the same basis as fees charged by the department to other state agencies for the same collection services.
