The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to article 4 of Act No. 254 of the Public Acts of 1933, as amended, being section 478.1 to 478.6 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
