Act No. 28 of the Public Acts of 1923, as amended, being section 41.301 to 41.305, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of 1948; Act No. 181 of the Public Acts of 1937, as amended, being section 41.311 to 41.316a, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of 1948; and Act No. 151 of the Public Acts of 1931, being section 41.321 to 41.323, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of 1948, are hereby repealed.
