Terms Used In Michigan Laws 46.81

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     That the board of supervisors of the several counties of this state, be and they are hereby authorized, at any regular meeting, to cancel and destroy all orders drawn on any of the funds of the county, which may have remained uncalled for and on file for the period of 6 years and upwards.
