Act No. 302 of the Public Acts of 1947, as amended, being section 125.1 to 125.8 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, and section 17 of Act No. 51 of the First Extra Session of 1948, as added by Act No. 110 of the Public Acts of 1960, being section 18.17 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, are repealed.
