Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.2118
- Qualified business: means either of the following, as applicable:
(i) A qualified new business or a qualified existing business located in an enterprise zone created before 1994. See Michigan Laws 125.2103state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. The qualified business activity of a qualified business is eligible for an exemption, credit, or deduction as provided by this act, another law of this state, or a law of the United States.
