- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
- Person: means a natural person, partnership, corporation, company, association, society, or trust, or other business unit or organization. See Michigan Laws 287.602
A person who falsifies any affidavit, record, receipt, voucher or any information required to be maintained by this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
