Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act or any of the rules and regulations issued thereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than 25 dollars and not more than 100 dollars, or to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or to both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
