Terms Used In Michigan Laws 408.1014g
- seal: shall be construed to include any of the following:
(a) The impression of the seal on the paper alone. See Michigan Laws 8.3n
An employer is not required to comply with the standard incorporated by reference in section 14a or with section 14b to 14l with respect to a chemical in a sealed package and in transit by a common carrier if the seal remains intact while in transit.
