Terms Used In Michigan Laws 432.209d
- Casino: means a building or buildings in which gaming is conducted. See Michigan Laws 432.202
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Person: means an individual, corporation, limited liability company, association, partnership, limited liability partnership, trust, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 432.202
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Wagerer: means a person who plays a gambling game authorized under this act. See Michigan Laws 432.202
A person who holds a casino license shall not accept from a wagerer a lien on real or personal property to extend credit or for the payment of a debt.
