Terms Used In Michigan Laws 485.108

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
     A majority of the directors shall be a board for the transaction of business, and the acts of a majority of the board shall bind the corporation.
