- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The reimbursements secured under this act shall be credited to the general fund of the county to be available for general fund purposes. The county treasurer may determine the amount due the county under this act and render sworn statements thereof. These sworn statements shall be considered prima facie evidence of the amount due.
