Terms Used In Michigan Laws 37.1601
- Commission: means the civil rights commission established by section 29 of article V of the state constitution of 1963. See Michigan Laws 37.1103
This act shall be administered by the civil rights commission. The commission may promulgate rules to carry out this act pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
