Terms Used In Michigan Laws 259.190
- Department: means the state transportation department, bureau of aeronautics. See Michigan Laws 259.3
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
Within 180 days after the effective date of this section, the department of state police shall present for public hearing pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being section 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, uniform rules for the administration of chemical tests for the purposes of this act.
